By making a booking with Tasch Incorporate for Pet Care/Classes or purchasing Jewelry/Pottery and by using our website you are accepting our Terms and Conditions and give your consent for us to use your personal information in the ways outlined above.

This website is owned and operated by Tasch.Incorporate. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors Pet Sitting and Animal Care Services and Hand Made Crafts for purchasing . By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

In order to use our website and/or receive our services and/or make purchases, you must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

 

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website.

 

We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing, shipping and sales tax is available on the payments page.

 

For using our Pet Sitting services, prices are bespoke, and a quote sent privately unless otherwise specified on the website.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos.

 

The Services and all Products therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Tasch.Incorporate operated by Wix. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Indemnification.

 

You agree to indemnify Tasch.Incorporate and hold harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website unless as part of Pet Sitting and Liability Insurance Tasch Inc is covered under and agreed to.

Limitation of Liability.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tasch.Incorporate, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tasch.Incorporate assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Right to Change and Modify Terms

 

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website.

Promotional Material.

You agree to receive from time-to-time promotional messages and materials from us, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for text messages/WhatsApp). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

Preference of law and dispute resolution.

 

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of United Kingdom, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

Pet Care Services Terms and Conditions

 

1. Bookings

1.a New clients require an in-home consultation prior to booking. Free consultation will apply for a 5 mile radius from GU28, at a mileage charge of 45p per mile beyond the 5 mile radius. This fee will be ducted from the total fee when booking is signed for.

1.b A booking is confirmed by payment and acceptance of a 25% non refundable booking fee paid to Tasch.Incorporate, due within 7 days of making the booking, unless.

1.c The minimum booking period for in home sitting is two days (one night).

1.d The balance is payable to the Pet Sitter 14 days prior to the agreed booking.

1.e Bookings will attract a mileage charge of 45p per mile up to a maximum of £70 per return journey for clients outside 5 mile radius from GU28.

1.f Bank Holidays have an additional 50% surcharge and Christmas & Boxing Day are charged at double rate.

1.g Where payment is not received in accordance with these terms and conditions, Tasch.Incorporate reserves the right not to proceed with any previously agreed arrangements.

 

2. Cancellations

2.a In the event of cancellations that are notified to Tasch.Incorporate 7 days prior to the start of the booking period, all fees less the non-refundable deposit, will be returned, or held over for subsequent bookings.

2.b Any bookings that are cancelled between 7 days and 24 hours before the start date of the booking, will require 50% payment for services.

2.c All bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be payable in full.

2.d In extreme circumstances, if Tasch.Incorporate cannot provide the service agreed, they will endeavor to give 24 hours notice and will fully refund all fees paid.

 

3. Keys

3.a The sitter will obtain one copy of your house keys during the in-home consultation unless you will be present at the start of the assignment.

3.b. The pet sitter will return the keys to you at the end of the assignment or leave them in accordance with your instructions (preferably not through the letterbox).

 

4. Changes To Return Date

4.a Tasch.Incorporate carefully schedules time to serve you and our other clients, therefore there are no refunds or credits for early returns or last minute changes to pet care.

4.b Late returns will be subject to an additional charge.

 

5. Other Scheduled Services

5.a Tasch.Incorporate does not accept liability for other persons who will be in your home prior to, during or immediately after the services have been rendered.

5.b Please inform the Pet Sitter at the time of the initial consultation or when re-booking, of anyone who may have access to your home while you are away. This includes gardening, cleaning services, maintenance personnel, friends, family and neighbours.

5.c It is understood that you will notify anyone with access to the home that Tasch.Incorporate Pet Care services have been engaged.

 

6. Insurance

6.a All reasonable care is taken to ensure the integrity and suitability of the care provided.

6.b The Pet Sitter is required to have valid insurance fit for purpose.

6.c The Business insurance only covers a Pet Sitter when they are working on an assignment booked through TaschI.ncorporate and for the services agreed (Pet Sitting, Dog Walking, Pet Grooming).

6.d It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the property, its contents and pets are adequately insured throughout the duration of the assignment.

 

7. Medication and Health

7.a The Pet Sitter will follow instructions to administer medications as directed but cannot be held responsible for complications that arise as a result.

7.b If the Pet Sitter is bitten or exposed to any disease or ailment received from the clients pet(s) the client will be responsible for all costs and damages that may be incurred as a result.

7.c Pets must be clean and free of ticks, fleas, worms or any form of active contagious illness.

 

8. Pet Emergencies

8.a You agree to allow the Pet Sitter to make any decisions regarding your pet’s health and welfare, providing the Pet Sitter is acting in the best interest of your pet and with the advice of a qualified veterinary surgeon. You agree to pay any vet bills that may be incurred on your return.

8.b You agree that if your pet attacks or is involved in a fight with another pet (and/or person), causing injury to that pet (and/or person), you will be responsible for any losses incurred as a result, including but not limited to, payment of veterinary fees in respect of injuries to another animal caused by your pet.

 

9. Aggressive Animals

9.a Tasch.Incorporate will not accept aggressive animals and the Pet Sitter will not take care of dogs covered by the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 if deemed to dangerous after initial meeting and thereafter.

9.b Client agrees to be responsible for all costs (including but not limited to medical care, legal fees, etc) if their pet(s) should bite another animal.

9.c Client agrees that on booking services for their pet(s) that they have represented that the pet(s) to have not shown aggression or caused harm, or threatening behavior to any individual and/or any pet(s), and the client agrees to contact Tasch.Incorporate as soon as possible if any of these behavioral changes presents itself or if it has the potential to cause harm to any individual or pet(s).

9.d Any dog demonstrating uncontrollable or dangerous behaviour will be removed to the emergency contact or kennels at the owner’s expense plus an additional transfer fee of £25. If there are no other pets to care for, the client agrees that the service is then terminated with immediate effect.

 

10. Extreme Weather Conditions

10.a You will entrust the Pet Sitter to use best judgment in caring for your pet(s) and home at the time of bad weather conditions. The pet sitter will try to carry out your instructions to the best of their ability.

 

11. Unforeseen Purchases

11.a In the event that additional items need to be purchased in the absence of the client – i.e. pet food, litter, cleaning supplies or other necessary items that contribute to the health and wellbeing of your pet, the sitter will purchase these, retain a receipt and the pet owner will be responsible for reimbursement of these items on their return.

 

12. Pet Waste

12.a The Pet Sitter will properly dispose of your pet(s) waste. We request that you provide suitable bags for this purpose and indicate where you would like these waste bags disposed of.

 

13. Collars and Leads

13.a You must provide a secure collars/harness. You agree to provide an ID tags (dogs) as per the Control Of Dogs Order 1992 - “If a dog is in a highway or in a place of public resort the dog has to wear a collar with a name and address of the owner inscribed on the collar or on a plate or badge attached to it.”

13.b All dogs will be walked on leads at all times unless prior written consent has been given and the Pet Sitter is confident with your dog's recall and behavior towards other animals and people.

 

14. Fences and Cat/Dog Flaps

14.a Tasch.Incorporate does not accept any responsibility or liability for any clients animals that escape or become lost or injured, fatal or otherwise, when instructed to leave the clients animals in a fenced area. This includes electronic, wood, metal or any other type of fence, or in a premises that contains an unlocked cat/dog flap.

14.b It is the Owner/Clients responsibility to ensure that property boundaries are and safe and secure for all pets.

 

15. House Cleanliness

15.a The Pet Sitter will clean up after your pets to the best of their ability. Please inform them of the designated area for the appropriate cleaning supplies.

15.b The Pet Sitter is not responsible for carpet/ flooring stains created by your pet(s).

15.c Tasch.Incorporate request that you provide plastic bags, towels, cleaning products, paper towels and bin bags for the Pet Sitter’s use whilst on the assignment.

15.d Tasch.Incorporate offers cleaning services for an additional fee, cleaning tasks and fees to be agreed prior to start of service.

 

16. Household Emergencies

16.a Details of shut off points for services into the property are to be provided on the Home Information Sheet.

16.b In the event of a household emergency, your emergency contact will be contacted to arrange any remedial work.

 

17. Thermostats

17.a Please leave your thermostat settings within a normal comfortable range.

17.b If the house temperature is outside of this range, the Pet Sitter will adjust the thermostat to ensure the health and comfort of your pet(s) and themselves.

 

18. Security Cameras

18.a The location of all external and internal cameras must be disclosed to the pet sitter.

18.b All internal cameras, including pet cameras, must be deactivated for the duration of the booking, unless the pet sitter gives consent for these to remain active.

 

19. Updating Contact details

19.a The client agrees to inform the Pet Sitter of any changes regarding your contact numbers, your pet’s care needs, your emergency contact details and any other relevant information.

 

20. House Sitting - Miscellaneous

20.a The Pet Sitter agrees to provide their own food, bed linen and towels required for the stay.

20.b The client agrees that the Pet Sitter may use the facilities at the property and that the client will provide suitable sleeping and other facilities while the Services are being provided and that these will be functioning throughout (for example this includes, but is not limited to, a WIFI connection, television, heating, toilet and shower facilities, fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave etc). If facilities at the property that the Pet Sitter may reasonably need during the stay do not work, the client will notify TaschIncorporate at the time of the booking.

20.c The client agrees the property will be unoccupied for the whole period of the pet sit unless otherwise agreed.

20.d The client agrees to the pet sitter taking a maximum of 5 hours free time per day, before 6pm with prior arrangement and depending on agreement.

 

21. Privacy Policy

 

21.a All of the client’s information will be kept private and confidential.

21.b Tasch.Incorporate respects clients entrusting us to allocate suitable Pet Sitters to care for their pets and home.

21.c The full Privacy Policy can be viewed on the Tasch.Incorpoare website.

 

22. Accompanying Visitors

22.a This must be agreed with the client in advance and the family member will be subjected to all necessary checks and only in the event that the Sitter is feeling unsafe or vulnerable.

 

23. Disclaimer

23.a With exception of an accepted/agreed Quote, we may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services.

23.b We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason if Clients Terms and Conditions are not met.

Hand Crafted Items Terms and Conditions

 

Jewelry.

  • Every piece of Jewelry is hand crafted and unique using Sterling Silver in varying techniques.

  • I use high quality materials, predominantly recycled where possible.

  • The majority of my pieces are inspired by nature and pets paying close attention to detail with an organic, rustic finish.

  • All jewelry is made in my little home studio in the garden and each Item is inspected before packaged in sustainable packing where possible.

  • To keep jewelry looking radiant, avoid contact with lotions and perfumes as much as possible and store pieces in a dry cool place (preferably in a box) when not in use.

  • I shower and swim while wearing my jewelry but advise to use the soft cloth provided to clean and maintain the shine of your lovingly crafted piece.

Pottery.

  • Each item of pottery is crafted in my little home studio, either thrown on the wheel or hand built.

  • I use Stoneware clay to lovingly create each piece which is bisque fired then decorated using food safe glazes, then fired at high temperatures resulting strong durable pieces which are dishwasher, microwave and oven safe.

  • Please note that although strong and durable from the vitrification process, like any other tableware that is not respectfully treated, may crack or chip.

Returns and Refunds

  • For any undamaged product, simply return it with its original undamaged packaging within 14 days of the date of purchase, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

  • Please note, customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

Warranties & responsibility for products

NOTE: Both Pottery and Sterling Silver are strong and durable materials but are NOT indestructible!! 

Like with all ceramics - Stoneware may, crack/chip/break if not handled with respect and care.

Sterling Silver is a precious metal and sensitive to chemicals and delicate/intricate pieces are more malleable so may bend/break if force/pressure is placed on the piece.

  • When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product.

  • If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time (please note all items are custom/handmade which needs to be factored in and considered), the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us.

  • We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
