Returns and Refunds
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its original undamaged packaging within 14 days of the date of purchase, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
Please note, customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
Warranties & Responsibility for products
NOTE: Both Pottery and Sterling Silver are strong and durable materials but are NOT indestructible!!
Like with all ceramics - Stoneware may, crack/chip/break if not handled with respect and care.
Sterling Silver is a precious metal and sensitive to chemicals and delicate/intricate pieces are more malleable so may bend/break if force/pressure is placed on the piece.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product.
If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time (please note all items are custom/handmade which needs to be factored in and considered), the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us.
We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products back to the customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
